Communications Director - Manages league web site, on line registration and email communications between league and parents.

Treasurer - Keeps accurate financial records for league; handles taxes for league; prepares budget reports for meetings; pays league bills; makes deposits and withdrawals for day-to-day operations; performs collections on bad checks.

Concessions - Keeps stand stocked and ready to run.  Schedules crews to open and close stand each game day.  Prepares schedule for board members to serve as board member “on-duty” for all game days.

Secretary / Team Mom Coordinator - Recruits / prepares email contact list for team moms; runs team mom meeting at beginning of year; keeps team moms informed of upcoming events; reminds team moms of concession stand duties; keeps meeting minutes.

Grounds - Maintains grounds and equipment; schedules and runs field work days.
