2012 BOARD MEMBERS
Jeremy May
President - Oversees running of league; schedules and runs board meetings; handles disputes; run registration, coordinate with Vice-President to get league sponsors
Josh Simons

Vice President - Works with president to run day-to-day operations of league; coordinate the uniform and trophy order with Equipment Manager.  Work with President to get league sponsors

Dan Johnson
Communications - Manage league web site, online registration and email communications between league and parents.
Adam Reuille
Treasurer - Keeps accurate financial records for league; handles taxes for league; prepares budget reports for meetings; pays league bills; makes deposits and withdrawals for day-to-day operations; performs collections on bad checks.
Equipment Manager - Audit, obtain, maintain, hand-out, and receive team equipment bags for season, purchase necessary equipment for season, coordinate trophy and uniform order with Vice President
Tim Bowen
Concessions - Keeps stand stocked and ready to run.  Schedules crews to open and close stand each game day.  Prepares schedule for board members to serve as board member “on-duty” for all game days.
Matthew Wright
Secretary - keep meeting minutes, schedule board meetings, schedule outside venues for league use in terms of meetings, registration, etc.
Jeff Stephens
Grounds - Maintains grounds and equipment; schedules and runs field work days.
Kurt Supe
Grounds - Maintains grounds and equipment; schedules and runs field work days.

Scott Beatty
T-ball/Minors Player Agent - Recruits coaches; prepares email contact list for league; organizes and runs coaches meeting/draft;  prepares final uniform order (to submit to president) and trophy order (to submit to vice-president).

Majors Player Agent - Recruits coaches; prepares email contact list for league; organizes and runs coaches meeting/draft;  prepares final uniform order (to submit to president) and trophy order (to submit to vice-president).
  Kelli Beatty Team Mom Coordinator/Fundraising Director - Recruits / prepares email contact list for team moms; runs team mom meeting at beginning of year; keeps team moms informed of upcoming events; reminds team moms of concession stand duties.  Coordinate and run league fundraiser
2012 BOARD MEETINGS
